Your pieces will be placed in a jewelry box (box color may vary), which will be carefully packed and prepared for shipping.
Processing Time
Your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible, most of the time on the same day of purchase until 6:00 pm - mainland Portugal time (except Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays).
Orders placed after 6pm will be shipped the next business day.
The portuguese carrier operates Monday through Friday, except on December 24th, 25th, 26th, and 31st, January 1st and 2nd, and municipal and national holidays. On these dates, delivery times may be slightly longer. Aside from these exceptions, delivery times will be roughly as mentioned below.
