Returns in Portugal and European Union Countries

We work hard to ensure our customers' trust and we want them to remember their shopping experience with us positively and fondly.

In this regard It is possible to return the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt thereof, and the shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Return conditions:

The product must be returned in intact condition - as sold, without any signs of use, with complete original packaging and other elements that accompany the shipment (shipping packaging, protective films, security labels, gift boxes, etc.).

Once the return arrives at our facilities, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
. Pieces that have signs of use, wear, dents, scratches or dirt;
. Pieces manufactured to order specifically for the customer, not available in stock for immediate delivery to the store;
. Pieces customized by the customer, or by Portugal Feeling according to customer specifications;
. Pieces that have undergone modifications or alterations made by third parties.

After receiving the return at our facilities, a technical assessment will be carried out and if it is proven that it complies with the return conditions, we will issue the corresponding refund.

The refund may take up to 10 business days to be completed, after receipt of the return.

We suggest that returns be made by registered mail, as we cannot be held responsible for the return shipping or loss of returned items.

If the item does not meet the necessary requirements specified above in the return conditions, it will be returned to the customer to the address provided in the sender's information for the returned product.

Returns from countries outside the European Union

Due to difficulties and constraints related to customs, it is unfortunately not possible to receive returns or make exchanges in countries located outside the European Union.

However, please contact us at info@portugalfeeling.pt so we can try to find the best alternative solution.
